Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using KillerPool, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

What the service is

KillerPool is a mobile app that acts as a scorekeeper for killer pool: tracking lives, turn order, power cards and statistics. The app is free and ad-supported. Premium features are available via a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Permitted use

• Keeping score during your pool games.
• Managing players, their lives and their statistics.
• Personal and professional use.
• Clubs, bars and pool tournaments.

Restrictions

• Using the app for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
• Redistributing the app without permission.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• Monthly subscription — renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• Lifetime purchase — a single payment for permanent access, restorable across your devices via "Restore Purchases".

The prices shown in the app are authoritative and may vary by country. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we have no technical ability to grant them directly.

If you upgrade from the subscription to the lifetime purchase, the subscription is not cancelled automatically — you must cancel it yourself in your App Store or Google Play account to stop being billed.

Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Buying Premium removes them.

Limitation of liability

• The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
• We are not liable for damages arising from its use.
• No technical support is contractually guaranteed.
• Features may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
